Tasty treat cooked with bananas, grated coconut and Jaggery.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 small bananas
  • 2 tablespoon coconut grated
  • ½ cup jaggery
  • Pinch of baking powder

  • Water for batter

Instructions

Step 1 :

Dissolve (boil jaggery in water) in hot water and set aside for 15 min

Step 2 :

Add mashed banana in flour

Step 3 :

Add the melted jaggery mix well

Step 4 :

Add grated coconut and again mix it

Step 5 :

Add baking powder

Step 6 :

Mis as no lumps are left

Step 7 :

Use oil or ghee and pour batter like small balls

Step 8 :

Cook until it turns golden from both sides

Step 9 :

Serve hot or cold”
