Fried Wheat Appam with Jaggery and bananas.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 3/4 cup jaggery crushed
  • 1/2 cup banana mashed
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 pinch cooking soda
  • Oil or ghee - for frying

  • Salt - A big pinch

Instructions

 

Step 1 :

Powder the jaggery mix wheat flour, rice flour, mashed banana, cooking soda, cardamom & salt with water until thick.

Step 2 :

Heat oil then pour the batter until appam comes up.

Step 3 :

Make sure the cooking is even, then fry till golden brown and enjoy!
