Ingredients

  • ½ cup wheat /Atta
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp sooji
  • 1.5 cup water
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ green chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Oil

Chakki Fresh Atta

Instructions

Step 1:

Take salt, wheat and rice flour in the bowl

Step 2:

Add curd, water & mix the batter.

Step 3:

Add all chopped ingredients & mix it well

Step 4:

Heat your dosa tawa (keep flame on medium low)

Step 5:

Cook the dosa until the edges start to rise a bit.

Step 6:

Serve hot with sambar
