Mix atta, milk salt and sugar to prepare batter
Stir gently to form a smooth batter
Cook chilli, mushroom, peas, paneer separately in oil for 2 minutes to prepare filling
Pour a ladleful of the mixture on a preheated non-stick pan to make pancakes
Spread the prepared filling on the pancake
