In bowl combine wheat flour, salt, curd, sugar and baking powder
Mix well till it form a smooth flowing batter
Add a pinch of cardamom powder and set a side
Heath ghee in a broad pan, pour batter in the center of the pan
NOTE: do not touch until it starts to tun golden along the edges.
Add sugar and water in the pan and allow it to boil
Drain the malpua and place it in the sugar syrup
Add nuts for additional flavor
