Preheat oven to 300 F. Use cookie sheet lined with baking paper.
Beat Ghee in mixing bowl for 5 minutes, or until fluffy.
Cream in sugar. Add vanilla and mastic.
Slowly add in Al Baker Flour and mix on low speed for 6 minutes.
Chill for two hours.
Shape a small piece of dough into a ball then place on the cookie sheets.
Place one pine nuts in the center of each Goraiba.
Bake for 12 minutes. Leave to cool on the cookie sheet.
