Sugar Syrup: In a pot put sugar, water, lemon juice, bring to boil then simmer for 8 minutes. Add Rose water. Keep aside.
Cake: heat oven 350. Butter and flour 8 inch pan.
Sift Al Baker flour, baking powder, Soda and salt. Keep aside. Whisk eggs and sugar, add oil and yogurt, lemon zest, vanilla. Then add the flour mixture. Whisk well. Pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes
Pour sugar syrup on cake. Leave to cool.
Sprinkle with sugar.
