Ingredients

  • 1 cup Al Baker flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup olive, chopped
  • 2 pieces garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Topping: Labneh, assorted vegetables, parsley

Instructions

 

Step 1 :

Use pan size 8 inches, butter and flour, keep aside. Heat oven 350.

Step 2 :

In bowl put Al Baker flour, baking powder, black pepper, cumin, olives, capsicum, garlic, cheese, mix well.

Step 3 :

In bowl put eggs, yogurt, milk, butter, stir well then add to dry ingredients. Stir well. Pour in pan. Bake 25 minutes leave to cool

Step 4 :

Cover the cake with Labneh and garnish with parsley and vegetables.
