Dough: In a bowl combine Al Baker flour, salt, oil and water, stir using your fingers or a wooden spoon to make a hard dough. Knead the dough for few minutes. Shape into a ball. Leave to rest 30 minutes
Sauce: In a pot heat oil, add onion and garlic and cook until golden, add chicken and cook until golden, add cinnamon, curcuma, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper, spices, cardamom, add tomatoes and tomato paste cover with water and bring to boil, simmer for 40 minutes. Add vegetables, simmer 15 minutes.
On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into thin layer, cut into pieces, drop the dough on the chicken, add more boiling water if needed.
Leave to simmer 15 minutes until dough is cooked.
