Ingredients

  • Bread

  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 To taste salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/3 cup Lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Chicken

  • 300 Gram Boneless and skinless chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 To taste salt
  • 1 tablespoon Curd
  • Dressing-

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Shredded carrots

  • Shredded cucumber

Instructions

DIRECTIONS Bread-

Knead for 5 mins

Make soft & smooth dough

Rub some oil

Rest it for 1 hour

DIRECTIONS Chicken-

Mix well

Marinate for 15 mins

Oil 1 tbsp in pan

Cook chicken until golden brown

Cook bread both side until golden brown (low flame)
